Washington is now the tenth state to ban the sale of semi-automatic rifles after Gov. Jay Inslee signed SHB 1240 into regulation.
The Washington regulation blocks the sale, distribution, manufacture and importation of greater than 50 gun fashions, together with AR-15s, AK-47s and comparable model rifles. These weapons hearth one bullet per set off pull and robotically reload for a subsequent shot. Some exemptions are included for gross sales to regulation enforcement companies and the navy in Washington. The measure doesn’t bar the possession of the weapons by individuals who have already got them.
