America faces a second of unprecedented constitutional hazard. Within the first weeks of his second time period, President Trump has issued public statements and signed dozens of government orders, memoranda, and proclamations to intestine our federal authorities, problem our system of checks and balances, and undermine our Structure. Federal district courts have issued quite a few injunctions and restraining orders to halt or briefly cease this assault on our system of presidency. Trump and his allies have responded by threatening judges and personal regulation corporations, and by proposing laws to undercut and intimidate the judicial department.

The Trump administration’s authoritarian actions threaten a system of checks and balances that has safeguarded our democracy for practically 250 years. That’s why we’re demanding that:
Congress reject laws that may undercut the independence and integrity of the judiciary;
Attorneys and judges converse out to defend our authorized system, which the American individuals rely upon to guard their rights; and
The American individuals guarantee Trump can’t dismantle a co-equal department of presidency.
