A deadly taking pictures at an AutoZone retailer on East Charleston Boulevard has sparked a debate over Nevada’s open carry legal guidelines.
Police reported {that a} man, appearing erratically, used a sufferer’s firearm to fatally shoot him.
The sufferer had been exercising his authorized proper to overtly carry the weapon when the suspect, recognized as 36-year-old Kyle Capucci, managed to grab it.
