Dimitri Karras, CEO of Ares Armor in Oceanside, California, is preventing again towards the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). The ATF claims that Karras was promoting receivers, additionally known as “blanks,” which can qualify as firearms and have to be regulated.
