In a Dec. twentieth letter to a GOA member, the ATF’s Firearms Business Packages Department (FIPB) took the place that any pistol with a stabilizing brace connected is taken into account to be an NFA merchandise underneath federal regulation.
That is regarding, as ATF is explicitly prohibited from imposing its “Closing Rule” on stabilizing braces by three totally different federal courts.
