On January 14, 2024, Officer Brad Steve of the East Rochester Police Division responded to a 9-1-1 name at an house on Garfield Road.
Upon arrival, he encountered 52-year-old Raymond Noel within the driveway. Regardless of repeated instructions, Noel entered the residence and refused to conform.

Noel confronted fees of tried aggravated homicide, tried aggravated assault on a police officer, and second-degree legal possession of a weapon.
After being discovered responsible on November 26, 2024, a choose sentenced him to 35 years to life in jail.
