California Homeowner Shoots Knife-Wielding Intruder, Later Identified as Wife’s Ex-Boyfriend

Simi Valley, CA – A California house owner fatally shot a knife-wielding intruder early Wednesday morning after the person broke into the household’s Simi Valley dwelling. Police later confirmed the suspect was the spouse’s ex-boyfriend, who had a historical past of displaying up on the residence uninvited.

The Simi Valley Police Division stated officers responded round 12:50 a.m. to studies of gunshots on the 4100 block of Eileen Road. Moments later, a house owner known as to report that he had shot an intruder throughout a violent confrontation.
