California Leftist Legislators: Constitution? What Constitution?

If there’s one theme that has remained fixed through the years is that California’s Legislative management actually consider they’re the sharpest knives within the political drawer.   Given their smarty-pants perspective, they assume they’ll do all types of stuff the remainder of us normal-folk can’t, like faux the Structure doesn’t exist.

They kick the Structure to the curb day by day and it doesn’t trouble them one little bit. This previous week within the Senate and Meeting Public Security Committees, we heard some actual doozies.

Throughout our testimony in opposition to AB 1078 GOC identified that the analysis concerning gun violence utilized by the writer Assemblyman Marc Berman is the weakest type of statistical science – correlation doesn’t equal causation.  To that Berman leaned into the microphone and mentioned “I don’t care.”

If I need to purchase ten weapons a month, I ought to be capable of.  If I need to purchase a giant, fats 4-ton fuel guzzler pick-up, I ought to be capable of with out some yahoo telling me it might be extra “adequate’ for me to purchase a Prius. I ought to be capable of chug a 32-ounce cup of sugary soda if I would like with out some dolly-do-gooder telling me it’s not “adequate” for my total well being.
