Beginning September 25, Florida’s new open carry regulation goes into impact, permitting anybody legally permitted to personal a firearm to brazenly carry it in public. Whereas Florida joins 38 different states with related legal guidelines, officers stress that limitations nonetheless apply.
Open carry is prohibited in courthouses, authorities buildings, polling locations, and personal companies that select to limit firearms.
