Phil Smith, the top of the Nationwide African American Gun Affiliation, talks with theGrio concerning the rash of mass shootings and his group’s stance on efforts in the direction of gun management. Smith explains his angst with the decision for Pink Flag legal guidelines and the way they’re an obstacle to Black individuals. Smith defines Pink Flag legal guidelines stating, “It implies that if somebody is a hazard to himself or to society legislation enforcement can are available and take his or her weapons…oftentimes within the Black group these legal guidelines are weaponized in opposition to Black women and men to take their weapons for no cause.”
