The Second Modification Basis (SAF) isn’t backing down. After the Fourth Circuit Courtroom of Appeals upheld Maryland’s “assault weapons” ban, SAF introduced plans to take the combat to the Supreme Courtroom. In Bianchi v. Wilkinson, SAF challenges this ban, insisting it’s unconstitutional.
