On Tuesday, January 14th, Governor Tony Evers held a signing ceremony for Govt Order 254, which each established a state-level Workplace of Violence Prevention and licensed $10 million in funding for the workplace. Gov. Evers was joined by anti-gun advocates, legislators, and others throughout the ceremony.
He additionally introduced that his 2025-27 Govt Funds “will present his most sturdy and complete gun security reform efforts thus far,” setting the stage for a renewed push for anti-gun laws this session.
