In a concerted effort to problem New Jersey’s stringent gun allow rules, a coalition of gun rights teams, in addition to a personal citizen, has filed a lawsuit in federal courtroom, claiming that the state’s firearm allowing course of is “onerous, unconstitutional and ahistorical.”
