A Lancaster County man is combating fees that he offered 1000’s of firearms with no federal license, claiming the cost violates his First and Second Modification rights.
Reuben King of Leacock Township was below investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) since 2019, based on court docket paperwork.
After three undercover buys of firearms, ATF brokers gave King a cease-and-desist letter in 2020 ordering him to cease promoting firearms till he obtained a federal license.
