Minneapolis neighbor shooting sparks outrage after suspect is charged, but remains at home for now

A Minneapolis man was charged with tried homicide after allegedly taking pictures his neighbor whereas the person was trimming a tree. However the failure of police to arrest the suspect has angered members of the group. NBC Information’ Dana Griffin studies.
