At a listening to within the Judiciary Subcommittee on the Structure, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, Congressman Nadler questioned knowledgeable witnesses on the efficacy of the USA PATRIOT Act and thought of the methods wherein this overbroad legislation must be reformed.
