At a listening to within the Judiciary Subcommittee on the Structure, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, Congressman Nadler explored the efficacy of the USA PATRIOT Act and regarded the methods through which this overbroad legislation must be reformed. The listening to, which Nadler chaired, particularly seemed into the shortcomings of three soon-to-expire provisions inside the USA PATRIOT Act re-authorization and the Intelligence Reform and Terrorist Act.
