An emotional US President Barack Obama has unveiled new restrictions on gun purchases on the White Home, saying the “fixed excuses for inaction” should cease. The White Home has outlined his plans for govt motion, which deal with background checks. At one level, the president appeared overwhelmed, as he listed among the mass shootings that had taken place in America.
