BELLEVUE, WA – A 3-judge panel within the eighth U.S. Circuit Court docket of Appeals has handed down a unanimous 27-page ruling that Minnesota’s ban on hid carry by younger adults is unconstitutional underneath the Second Modification, giving a victory to the Second Modification Basis and its companions.
