Senators Introduce Bill to Stop ATF Overreach on Firearm Imports

U.S. Senators Roger Marshall (R-KS) and Jim Risch (R-ID), together with a coalition of pro-Second Modification lawmakers, have launched the Sporting Firearms Entry Act, a invoice designed to stop the ATF from arbitrarily blocking the import of firearms and ammunition into the USA.
