Defensive Shooting Leads to Murder Charges, But Not for the Shooter

A defensive capturing incident in Rock Hill, North Carolina, final week resulted in a single girl lifeless and her girlfriend charged with homicide, whereas the person who fired the photographs has been cleared of expenses. Police decided the person fired in self-defense.

The incident occurred round 3 p.m. final Wednesday. Samarian Lindsay, 39, was concerned in an altercation with a male co-worker after their workday ended. Lindsay, accompanied by her girlfriend, Brittney Reed, 32, acquired into Reed’s automobile whereas the male co-worker entered his personal car and commenced to drive away.
