The Justice Division on Thursday introduced a brand new rule designed to require unlicensed sellers promoting firearms at gun reveals or on-line to run background checks on consumers. The rule is supposed to shut what is called the “gun present loophole,” which has been exploited by felons and Mexican drug cartels, in accordance with the ATF. Scott MacFarlane has extra.
